Если да - лучше писать в американскую, в чат (можно даже через переводчик), вот там доброжелательные люди, мне в начале года сделали 2 отмены за месяц (но только после того, как прошло 2 недели с отмены предыдущей покупки), вообще переписывался с ними часто и по разным вопросам, всегда извиняются, когда проблема на их стороне или когда заставляют ждать, а в конце желают хорошего дня.

Сам лично в русскую поддержку не звонил, но говорят, что она работает менее активно и менее вежливо

Какие же высокомерные люди сидят в техподдержке Майкрософт.

Это просто жесть! Вежливое общение им неведомо. Ни слова "извините", ни "к сожалению".

 

Попросил их вернуть деньги по заказу, оформленному во время Черной пятницы, сославшись на то, что ошибся при покупке (диск уже имеется с этой игрой). Объявили, что "по вашей учетной записи уже было одно исключение в августе, поэтому больше исключений вы не получите".

То есть, я разово уже делал "возврат" в августе, у них это называется "исключением". В течение года допустимо одно исключение. Если оно "использовано" - то "отфутболят".

 

На днях общался в техподдержкой Ubisoft, так это совсем другое дело. Вежливое общение, помогли быстро решить проблему с "кривой" активацией игры, поздравили с наступающими праздниками. А Майкрософт - это просто жесть, как будто роботы общаются, да еще и с надменным отношением.

Т.е. ты только сейчас попросил возврат за игру купленную на ЧП и не доволен отказом? Жесть...

Первая игра для меня была и очень понравилась. Даже второстепенные ветки проходил. За графику тоже плюсую - очень хорошая и атмосферу передает

В первый раз, в августе 2017 я возвращал игру, купленную в апреле 2017. Все прошло на "ура".

Это не стим, где 2 недели. Но зато гарантированные 2 недели, а не как тут.

В любом случае, попытаться стоило. Нет - значит, нет. Если бы прокатило, лишние 300 рублей "карман не жмут".

@norztf, не знаю че у вас за проблемы с российской поддержкой, они в любом случае базириуются в сша, а не в россии. Там Юля вполне норм сапорт, она оформила мне замену елитного геймпада и еще компенсацию дали 100 баксов.(в рублях). Ну и к тому же, если уж так говорить, мне через чат сапорты тянули около 2 мес.

@RIX, у стима помимо 2 недель еще и другие ограничения есть. Ну и правильно что не вернули, таких хитрых как ты не 1 человек.
